8:45 pm	Since someone asked. I don't want to go into too much detail about why I was away for so long, but someone did ask, and some of you are my friends so I'll kind of tell you in vague detail. There was a death in the family, in the very close family, and I still am coming to terms with that. Then there was a whole lot of fall-out from the death, then there was abuse going on with another family member (not with me, don't worry, but I had my own incidents to deal with), so it has been a very very hard few months for me. I am going to try and keep writing, I may stay writing personally in this journal, but writing fiction and book-stuff in the other, since not everyone wants to read my writing. But, yeah, even with that kind of vague detail, it has made my chest hurt a little bit so I'll keep it short. I have been trying to stay happy, though, I'll be fine eventually. I have, however, created another journal minnie_goodsoup, which won't be like this one, but will basically be for my writings and possibly book talk, with the rare personal post put in, so if you're one of the very very very few people who are actually interested in reading my stories or you like hearing book-related things, then feel free to add my new journal. Description: Just a brief scene where Rutter speaks to Meg in his cabin and wonders if she has used any of her skills to help him. Note From Me: This is kind of experimenting. Rutter is a character I've had in my head for years (although he has had lots of different names, none certain, and Rutter is just the newest name) and Meg is a character influenced by my friend. Rutter has been paired for years with another lady - she also switches names a lot, but most commonly is Katrina. She won't appear in these stories, though.
