Two Fanfic100 fics.
Title: My Own Fun.
Fandom: Pirates of Dark Water.
Pairing: Tula/Bloth.
Prompt: 001 - Beginnings.
Word Count: 182
Rating: PG
Summary: Tula is the new commander of the Maelstrom and asks her new captain, Bloth, about her duties for the day.
Disclaimer: The Pirates of Dark Water and the characters within belong to Hanna Barbera, now a part of Warner Brothers.

“I’m glad you decided to be my commander, Tula.”

“It’s good pay, Bloth.” Tula replied disinterestedly, looking around the deck of the monstrous ship.

Bloth laughed heartily, “I agree, it is.”

Tula folded her arms and sighed. “So, what are my duties today?”

“We’re docked for the day,” Bloth glanced at his crew, who were fast leaving the ship and heading to the local town, “just keep an eye on the crew.”

“Can’t you do that?”

“I would, but then I wouldn’t have time for any fun of my own, would I?”

“What kind of fun would that be?” Tula placed her hands on her hips, eyeing the captain suspiciously.

“Gambling and drinking, mostly.” Bloth smirked, “what did you think I meant?”

“Gambling and drinking.”

“I see.” Bloth stroked his beard slowly for a few moments before speaking again, “well, I think I will join my crew in town. If you have any problems, do come and find me.” He turned away from Tula and strolled off the ship, disappearing around a nearby corner.

Tula rolled her eyes. "Gambling and drinking...of course."

Title: Standards.
Fandom: Pirates of Dark Water.
Characters: Tula/Bloth
Prompt: 034 - Not Enough.
Word Count: 271.
Rating: PG.
Summary: A small, slightly strange, conversation about standards between Tula and Bloth, Tula showing a clear dislike towards Bloth and her situation with him.
Disclaimer: The Pirates of Dark Water and the characters within belong to Warner Brothers.

“So, am I everything you wanted, Bloth?” Tula sighed as she attempted to straighten her hair with her fingers.

Bloth, who was sitting at his desk, turned towards her and tilted his head curiously, “do you think you are?”

Tula shrugged. “I wouldn’t expect your standards to be too high, Bloth, I can’t imagine you having much contact with women.”

Bloth smiled, exposing his ragged teeth, “being a pirate lord has more advantages than you may think.”

“With a certain type of woman,” Tula snorted.

She didn’t expect Bloth to react too kindly to that comment but, to her surprise, he just chuckled lightly and shook his head. “You may not be quite up to my standards, my dear.”

“What’s wrong with me, then?” Tula folded her arms and stood firm.

Bloth got up from his chair and strolled over to her, placing a hand under her chin, “you’re a frail-looking little thing, Tula. Petite can be attractive, I admit, but I would prefer a slightly larger girl.” He paused for a moment, casting his eyes downward, before continuing. “Your breasts, too, they’re very small, I would prefer more.”

Tula noticed his hand reaching for her breast and immediately jumped back out of his reach. “Looks like you’re stuck with me, though, doesn’t it?”

“I can live with that.” Bloth smiled and, stepping towards her, ran a hand through Tula’s hair; she visibly shuddered but didn’t move away from him.

“I don’t suppose you’ll be going anywhere soon.” Tula mumbled under her breath, though it was loud enough for Bloth to hear.

“You won’t be going anywhere either.”

“I know, Bloth.”
