Summary: Set just after the death of Sinuous the adder, Spite, the rat, is very ill and wonders if she will actually survive to the end of her latest pregnancy. Bully, her mate, visits her to inform her of what happened to Sinuous and how hopeful he is that this will help the rats rule the park.
